Birks Bovaird, ICD.D,
Chairman

For a majority of his career, Mr. Bovaird's focus has been the provision and implementation of corporate financial consulting and strategic planning services.  He was previously the Vice President of Corporate Finance for one of Canada’s major accounting firms.  He is Chairman of Energy Fuels Inc. (TSX:EFR and NYSE:UUUU) ).  He is an independent director of Noble Mineral Exploration Inc. (TSX.V:NOB) where he is a member of the audit committee and chair of the compensation committee and he serves as Chairman of Buccaneer Gold Corp (TSX.V:BGG). Mr. Bovaird has previously been involved with numerous publicly traded companies, both as a member of management and as a director.  He is a graduate of the Canadian Director Education Program and holds an ICD.D designation.

Brian Crawford, CPA,
CA-Chief Financial Officer and Director

Mr. Crawford has over thirty years experience as a financial officer and director of private and public corporations as well as being a former partner in a national public accounting firm.  In addition to being a founder of the Company, he is the Chief Financial Officer and Director of several other Reporting Issuers including Green Swan Capital Corp., Falcon Gold Corp., and Tempus Capital Inc.  Mr. Crawford is also CEO of a private corporate finance company and the CFO of a private data marketing company.

Julio DiGirolamo, CPA, CA

Mr. DiGirolamo is a Chartered Accountant with over 21 years of senior-level public company experience including, half of it in the mining sector, and most-recently four and a half years as CFO for Carlisle Goldfields Limited until its acquisition by Alamos Gold Inc. in January 2016.  He currently serves as the CFO for Canuc Resources Corporation.  Over his career, he has served on the boards of various public corporations and non-profit organizations.  Among his areas of knowledge, Mr. DiGirolamo has experience in corporate governance and regulatory matters.

Peter M. Clausi, BA, JD

President and CEO

Mr. Clausi is an innovative general counsel, investment banker and executive.  A graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School called to Ontario's bar in 1990, Mr. Clausi has extensive experience in finance, shareholder rights, securities class actions, proxy battles and corporate growth. He makes frequent appearances as a shareholder rights and board governance advocate. In 2016, he orchestrated the first successful flowthrough crowdfunded financing in Canada. He is President and CEO of GTA Resources and Mining Inc.; an independent director and audit committee member of Camrova Resources Inc..; and, CEO for CBLT Inc.

Wayne Reid, B.Sc.

VP, Exploration

Mr. Reid has in excess of 30 years experience in exploration and mining geology, spanning a variety of geological terrains, from Newfoundland to Northern B.C. and Alaska.  He has held senior positions with Noranda Exploration, Hemlo Gold Mines, Echo Bay Mines and St. Andrew Goldfields.  Mr. Reid was part of the team involved in the discovery of the Brewery Creek Gold Deposit in the Yukon Territory and the Boundary Massive Sulphide Deposit / Duck Pond Mine in Central Newfoundland. His experience includes gold, base metal and uranium/REE exploration in most geological environments in North America.  Mr. Reid holds a BSc. in Geology from Memorial University in Newfoundland and has a Professional Geologist designation from the Association of Professional Geologists of Ontario and Newfoundland and Labrador.  He is currently a director with Metals Creek Resources and a past director and officer with Ucore Uranium and Rare Earth Metals
